The old adage that "The best things come in small packages" seems to be fulfilled here in St. Andrew's children's Sunday school classes where we are overjoyed to welcome children as young as three. Since we have a smaller number of children than some of our neighboring churches, we have an approach to Christian teaching that has proven itself invaluable. We encourage the children's oral input at any level and on any subject. Above all else, the classes belong to the children; and any topic or experience they comment on can be an opportunity to discuss day to day Christian living. We feel that this approach can be a very beneficial addition to a structured curriculum. Our children's Sunday school teachers are volunteers from our congregation who enjoy the experience of teaching and learning from the children. Our fastest growing segment of our congregation is Christian couples with children, and without exception, the congregation knows every child by name. Come by and visit and allow us, as a congregation, to share in the growth and excitement of assisting your child as he or she experiences God's perfect love.
