Church’s
Vacation Bible School: July
12-16
MARBLE
FALLS, Texas – St. Andrew Presbyterian Church welcomes children, ages 3
years to 5th grade in the Highland Lakes area, to participate in
Hero HeadQuarters Vacation Bible School from 9 a.m. to noon, July 12 - 16
(Monday through Friday) at the church, 201 Hwy. 1431 East in Marble Falls.
To join in the fun-filled week, register by calling the church at
830.693.2567, or in person at
the registration table between 8:30 and 9 a.m. on July 12. Excitement and
skill-building activities await children as they undertake super challenges
while experiencing lots of joy!
Each
day, Hero HQ children will participate in the large-group music, drama and fun
where they will be introduced to Bible individuals who are unnamed, yet prove
to be amazing heroes. The children will then learn more about these Amazing
Bible Heroes, experiencing their Bible story and talk about ways they can be
heroes for God. In Power Projects, the children will create crafts or service
projects. Making their own snacks during Super Snacks, the children will eat
their creations and then read or listen to stories about young, real-life
heroes with whom they can identify. During Action Games, the children will play
and enjoy fun times together. At the end of the day, they gather back at Hero
HQ to review what they learned, be encouraged, and be challenged to join forces
with God!
The
children will meet superhero Maintenance Mac, who will challenge Water Woman,
Pizza Man and the attendees to join forces with God! The challenges will
help the children expand themselves to do the unexpected, take action, step out
in faith, save the day and stand for truth!
Maintenance
Mac, Water Woman, Pizza Man and Super Cooper can’t wait for VBS to
begin! Don't miss this exciting, challenging, super-fun VBS
program! This VBS prepares children to be heroes-in-training!
